**What you will do**:
Global Products - Security Products is a leading provider of security management solutions including CCTV, Integrated access control, and monitoring systems. Our brands
- American Dynamics, Exacq, Software House, CEM Systems, Kantech, DSC, Bentel and Sure-Gard

**How you will do it**
- Provide Professional Service support to channel, end-users and consultants including:

- Offering customers onsite/remote commissioning, commissioning stage fault finding
- Offering onsite/offsite training
- Merging and splitting databases
- Performing system audits or and health checks
- Developing and integrating comprehensive custom reports
- Supporting a new business partners with onboarding services and during their first projects
- Development, testing and implementing SQL scripts
- Reply to technical enquiries from customers and field sales.
- Assist with Professional Service quotations.
- Propose technical solutions to customer needs including working with third-party suppliers when required.
- Assist with product demonstrations as well as setting up equipment and attending trade events.
- Assist in the production of Professional Service materials.
- Provide input into the new product development process.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Submit timely reports and project updates as requested by management.

**What we look for**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree educated in Technical related area (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) with relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and extensive job experience.
- Proven experience working with external customers in a commissioning/service/technical support or other technical support/liaison role.
- Experience within the security industry and particularly with access control products will be an advantage.
- Proven record of consistently achieving targets.
- Evidence of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong technical skills and understanding gained in a similar technical environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Full and current driving license essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively mainly in UK&I and EMEA when necessary. There might also be the opportunity to travel in APAC.
