**Regional Manager**
We are recruiting for a permanent Regional Manager will be responsible for managing upwards of 7 Area Managers. They will form part of larger operational team answering directly to the Head of Operations for our FM division. This role requires experience inleadership, motivation to grow their managers professionally and assist in growing the business both in reputation but also client satisfaction.
**Regional Manager Responsibilities**:
The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the service delivery at and proper operation of their sites and positive client relationships in line with business requirements. They are responsible for ensuring quality standards, correct business practicesand ensuring positive, secure staff and client interactions. They are also responsible for assisting with mobilizations (pre & post) of contracts, covering for Area Managers whilst on holiday / sickness and deputizing for Head of Department when requested/ assigned to.
