Business Development Director
to lead engagement with
Wholesale clients
across the
South West and Midlands
.

This Mid Level position will focus on deepening relationships with financial advisers, discretionary managers, wealth networks & Private banks to drive new inflows and increase market share across the region. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll represent a distinctive investment proposition and play a key role in executing the firm's UK distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional business development plan targeting IFAs, DFMs, PB's, and networks.
  • Build and manage strong long-term relationships with key wholesale partners.
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations on the firm's products and investment solutions.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities through proactive networking and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing and investment teams to align on strategy and messaging.

About you:

  • Proven success in
    business development or distribution
    within Asset Management, Venture Capital, or Alternative Investments.
  • Strong existing network across the
    wholesale/intermediary market
    in the South West & Midlands.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, and confident operating both strategically and hands-on.
