**Role Overview**

**What you will do**
- Work with our customers to ensure our data is accurate, up to date and available to make sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible
- Log and maintain any defects, raise incidents as required and communicate system enhancements to our customers
- Identify potential opportunities and direct them to appropriate Account Managers whilst ensuring the integrity of data and ensure our and intermediary records are kept up to date
- Handle enquiries regarding the ongoing maintenance of their scheme and Member policies, including the ability to provide updates on the pre-authorisation process, claims statuses and the membership records on the scheme.
- Fully investigate and resolve all queries and complaints. If resolution is not possible, you will obtain further information and respond to the Customer.

**What you will bring**
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are essential
- A passion and dedication for customer service, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do
- The ability to manage your own workload, be organised and prioritise your cases
- Good problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse evidence objectively
- PC Literate with good knowledge of windows based programmes
