- As a Customer Service Advisor you will be joining a growing and very customer focused team based just outside of Manchester in Salford Quays. At present, we currently employ over 100,000 people across the globe and we continue to grow.

**Customer Service Advisor Job Description**:

- This role will involve you dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding support they need with their current packages. We are looking for people with excellent listening skills, people who are strong communicators and can show empathy and understandthe customer’s situation.

**Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Taking inbound calls from existing customers
- Booking jobs with engineers
- Updating the database/system
- Providing an excellent customer service
- Signposting to different teams where required
- Dealing with disgruntled customers with patience and efficiency
- Being a reliable and committed member of the team
