**Digital Communications Co-ordinator - Resonance Impact Investment**

Since our first property fund launched in 2013, we have helped to provide homes for almost 3,000 individuals and families in over 1,000 properties, in major cities across the UK.
With peoples' homes at the heart of what we do, our Impact Labs team develop the eco-system, around and ahead of our impact property funds, so that we innovate new solutions, pilot systemic change, increase supply and scale opportunity.
**About the Digital Communications Co-ordinator role**:

- The Digital Communications Co-ordinator (or you might be called a Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Communications Executive) is an important role for us. You will play a key part in communicating our mission of connecting capital with social enterprise.This role operates across our business. You will help us communicate our story through digital and offline communications, helping us to influence key stakeholders such as media, government, industry, social enterprises, housing partners and investors.
- More specifically, the Digital Communications Co-ordinator will:

- Manage our Social Media channels to raise the profile of Resonance and our partners through proactive incisive communications
- Take responsibility for the Resonance Website, ensuring that our content is up-to-date, accurate and engaging
- Report on Marketing Metrics to Senior Leadership Team and Resonance Board
- Co-ordinate our Content Marketing Plan, helping to generate ideas and project managing to ensure that content is delivered in a timely and accurate way
- Build strong relationships with our Agency Partners - Digital, PR and Creative
- Draft Social Media Posts, Blogs and other marketing materials and managing the approval process
- Project management of the creation and distribution of our Quarterly Investor Reports
- Create and design online marketing material, such as infographics
- Co-ordination and project management of the Resonance Newsletter programme, including maintenance of the Newsletter database
- Build close relationships with our Social Enterprises, Housing Partners and Internal Team to identify challenges and opportunities
- Support the wider Communications Team in developing communications both externally and internally

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Previous experience as a Digital Communications Co-ordinator, Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Communications Executive or similar.
- Digital Marketing experience gained within either an agency or client environment
- Experience of working with Content Management Systems
- Social Media management experience, including use of broadcast software, such as Hootsuite (or similar)
- Experience of using Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Highly professional and ethical approach in representing the company and marketing its products.
- Enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in - do whatever it takes to get the job done - we are only a small team
- A genuine interest working for a purpose-driven business.

**What you’ll get in return**
SALARY:Up to £26,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
WORKING DAYS: Mon to Fri (4 day part-time also considered).
HOURS: 36 hours per week (we're trialling a 9 day working fortnight giving you every other Friday off as standard).
WORKING MODEL: Hybrid - home and office based at our HQ in Launceston, Cornwall.
