This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner experienced in providing Youth Work support and parenting interventions to children and young people between the ages of 0- 19 years, to join the Early Help Team across North Cornwall as a full time Targeted Youth Worker providing specific interventions for children, young people and their families.

In the Early Help Team you will work under the directions of the Early Help Co-ordinator completing Early Help Assessments and developing Early Help Planning that will ensure effective co-ordination of support for young people and their families, linking to Family Hubs and other partner services where appropriate. You will deliver an inclusive range of direct work interventions to young people to offer support, advice and guidance in consideration of children and young peoples views and wishes.

This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
