Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at a brand new jewellery store opening in Torquay. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with our customers. Your goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This position requires availability on Saturdays and some weekdays.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products or services

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using IT tools and software for sales purposes
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
