We are now looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

**The Role**

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll oversee the sales of our homes to customers at sites throughout the South West.

Supporting and persuading potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home, you will manage the sales process with each customer, hand-over their home, and work to enhance the customer journey from their first meeting through to their 7-day visit.

You will qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures, staying informed of all of the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure that the show home and sales office presentation meets departmental standards
- Respond to generated sales leads
- Work to close sales while supporting customers through the sales process
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in detailed market research
- Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit

**About You**

To be considered as a Sales Advisor, you will need:

- Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
- Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
- The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
- A full, valid driving licence
