**The Role
Do you have a passion for Sports and Sales? Do you love working in an energetic environment, interacting with clients and developing long term relationships? If so, we are looking for you.

All Sport Insurance have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our innovative, fun & dynamic team. You will work closely with all sales teams and the customer service department to sell new insurance products, service existing policies withrenewal premiums and smash monthly revenue targets.

Full training will be provided with the opportunity to attain professional accreditations funded by the company (Cert CII).

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Advisor include, but are not limited to:

- Process, renewal premiums to insurance policies and issue documents
- Taking the time to learn the complete customers’ requirements through conversational fact-finding to find the best insurance cover at the best price
- Build rapport and professional relationships with insurance underwriters
- Adhere to company policy and best practices in line with current FCA compliance regulations.

**The Company
All Sport Insurance is an insurance broker covering the whole UK, and as our name suggests, we specialise in insurance for professional sportsmen and sportswomen across a range of products. As a sports insurance specialist, we provide cover for professionalswho compete in over 20 different sports, including football, rugby, cricket, horse racing, golf, basketball and boxing.

Our customers and ambassadors include world record holders, world cup winners, Olympic Gold medallists, domestic league winners & medallists at major championships across a range of products

- Competitive basic salary with monthly bonus paid if achievable monthly targets are hit. (The majority of our staff do take home a bonus every month) with up to on target earnings of £30,000 per year.

- Prepared to stick at it - There is a lot to learn, so don’t get nervous. We are here to train and support you throughout your career, not just in the early days. We want people to join us who are prepared to learn and grow with us.
- Able to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced, fun and dynamic environment with a good sense of humour, insurance can be boring
