**Admin Assistant (Credit Control)**
Working on behalf of our client a leading employer in the Newry area we are currently recruiting for admin assistants to help in the Credit Control department. The main focus is to be the excellent delivery of service to our customers.
Hours of work are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 on a Friday. 40-minute lunch break.
**Duties include;**
- Providing 1st class customer service
- Dealing with customer queries
- Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements to customers
**Qualifications / Experience;**
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A least 5 GSCES or equivalent
- You will have some previous experience of working with customers over the telephone or face to face.
- Possess good excel skills, a polite but tenacious telephone manner and good systems knowledge
