**Meeting Air Co-ordinator**
**, you will**
- Deliver project in budget
- When required, work with HR on offers that are competitive but in line with BCD Travels financials
- Coordinate hiring initiative with the managers
- Ensure operational commitments are clear and in line with scope of service
- Establish communication method (meetings/calls) and lead schedule with team
- Keep the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders informed about status
- Document assumptions, learnings decisions and actions; distribute to participants and stakeholders
- Actively unblock actions that are stuck and are preventing results. Escalate when necessary
- Manage project risks
- Facilitate and drive decision making concerning escalations
- Work across other teams to leverage projects to drive growth and performance
- Manage adoption and engagement of team workspace to nurture collaboration, transparency and focus on results
- When gaps or opportunity in service are identified, consult with other teams to identify the best solutions
- Engage SME’s as needed
- Lead or engage in strategy discussions with all levels

**About you**
- Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledge skills on travel industry systems (i.e. GDS Sabre, Amadeus)
- Strong commercial English skills
- Start-up mentality and Innovative and eager for results
- Effective communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment and work flexible hours
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
- Project management experience
- General knowledge of internal technology utilized by BCD Travel
