About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Consent Co‑ordinator to join the Property & Consents team at UK Power Networks. This role plays a vital part in managing the Small Services legal consent process across all three licensed areas, including the acquisition of permanent easements and wayleaves. You’ll act as a key link between internal teams, solicitors, and external stakeholders, ensuring that legal consents are secured accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the Small Services legal consent process across licensed areas. Liaise with internal colleagues, external customers, and contracted solicitor firms to meet project timelines. Handle and resolve queries relating to easements, payments, and property details. Maintain and update Property & Consents records with a high level of accuracy. Provide copy documents and consent data to internal and external customers as needed. Deliver a professional and courteous service in all customer interactions. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant legal and business obligations. About You Knowledge of land law and an understanding of easements and wayleaves. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required. Confidence liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including legal professionals and customers. What Is On Offer 12–18 month fixed‑term contract with a leading UK utility provider.
