**Job Overview**:
Genie Goals is scaling — and marketing is at the heart of it. As our Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll run creative campaigns, unlock new lead sources, and bring smart ideas to life. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with the freedom to experiment, collaborate, and directly influence the growth of one of the UK’s leading ecommerce agencies.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to help us meet ambitious growth goals by executing lead generation campaigns, optimizing our sales process, and ensuring Genie Goals shows up in all the right places. We encourage testing bold ideas—whether that’s a niche content campaign or launching a new lead-gen webinar series, this role involves a lot of experimentation, excellent attention to detail and process building.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Preparation & Knowledge
- Here at Genie Goals we're digital marketing experts, and we need you to be able to reflect that in your work. Therefore we require you to have an understanding of digital marketing strategy to enable conversations with partners about the interaction of other channels and tech
Lead Generation + Marketing Campaigns
- Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns + lead generation campaigns
- Identify new channels or tactics to support demand generation—think creatively and test often.
- You’ll be empowered to run experiments, test new channels, and bring bold ideas to the table—we back innovation with action.
- Own the calendar for outbound marketing initiatives, launches, and partner co-marketing opportunities.
- Own KPI reporting and deliver actionable insights on campaign performance and marketing ROI using our CRM software, HubSpot, and other tools.
- Support event/webinar planning to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with freelancers, internal experts, or agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Sales Enablement
- Support and refine the lead scoring/discovery process to be as effective as possible for delivering brilliant new clients to the agency.
- Maintain our centralised CRM database with lead details and conversations logged through Hubspot.
- Work with the wider team to deliver pitch decks, one-pagers, and follow-up workflows.
Partner Management
- Work with our team to identify and support partner case studies for key partners/tech platforms
Brand Advocacy
- Ensure our brand voice is consistent across all external-facing comms and collateral.
- Actively promote and be an excellent ambassador for Genie Goals
**Skills & Experience**:
**Experience**
- A keen interest in the ecommerce industry
- 2-4 years in a marketing role, ideally focused on B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth strategy
- Previous experience in the ecommerce/retail sector or an agency environment.
- Comfortable managing campaign timelines, content calendars, and coordinating across teams.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM), CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.

- Process driven and analytical—you care about performance as much as messaging.
- Management of key relationships both internal with the team and external with suppliers and partners.
- Great project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
