**Technical Co-Ordinator**

**Position Description**:
The Technical Co-Ordinator will join the ista Delivery Team, to support all activities within the team and provide guidance and prepare quotations for the sales team. This important role will help to ensure things run smoothly on site and that our customers receive a great service. In addition to supporting the sales team and subsequently our On-Boarding Manager, the individual can help to delight new customers that chose to work with ista.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Technical Manager with the planning and co-ordination of site activities.
- Provide a point of contact for product queries from the sales team, customers and installers
- Supporting colleagues internally by providing specification advice and product support
- Supporting sales with initial survey and assisting in the specification of current products and methods
- On-boarding and audit of site installers to ensure ista quality standards are maintained
- On site and remote commissioning of data collection equipment and devices
- Setup of installed networks within the ista environment in a controlled and consistent manner
- Produce risk assessments and method statements of ista’s on-site activities
- Key contact between installers, clients, data manager and onboarding coordinator during installation and commissioning stages.
- Provide a point of contact of Customers with data collection or metering issues
- Produce and manage work reports for all work undertaken and produce commissioning certificates for all installed data collection devices
- Communicate with installers regarding data/installation issues and advise resolutions
- Initial configuration of products where applicable, before they are dispatched
- Remote equipment fault or data failure investigation using received meter data and various data collection methods
- Remote and on-site support to clients, property managers and maintenance managers
- Produce and/or specify quotations for work and/or replacement equipment
- Reconcile engineer reports against quotations and trigger accurate invoices

**Your skills and background**:

- Technical or numerical background
- Ability to manage time and a varied workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical
- Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude and desire to learn
- Driven and focused
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to work with basic computer programs including excel and word.
- Background in IT related role, advantageous
