**About the Role**: We are on the lookout for new Customer Services Advisors to join our contact team. You will handle a wide variety of calls and digital contacts, from emergency problems in the home to repairs and questions on benefits or rent. You’ll manage a heavy volume of calls involving some difficult conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help further.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Provide solutions and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Previous contact centre experience with a customer-centric approach is beneficial, but not essential
- A can-do attitude and a real desire to help our customers
- Strong IT skills and a good eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A desire to develop a long-term career in customer service within our contact centre.
**Join Us**:These roles are permanent and full-time. You’ll work between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis, Monday to Friday. This is a phone-based role with a combination of home (after training) and office working from our Wolverhampton office, WV10 6TB.
