**Salary**: £25,000 - £100,000 (OTE)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Search for second-hand property, manage second-hand property listings, driving property growth and increasing market share.
- Guide the team in business development to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends and provide effective sales strategies and recommendations.
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
- Participate in branding and promotional activities to enhance the company’s market influence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the London property industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to efficiently close deals.
- Sharp market awareness with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- A team player with leadership qualities to support team growth.
- A valid UK driving license is preferred.
