A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Independent Estate Agency with a strong presence throughout the East London Market.

As a market leader for the sale and valuation of residential property the Company enjoy an enviable reputation for integrity and professionalism and are seeking a like minded individual to join their team as a Senior Sales Negotiator at their Docklands office.

You will have estate agency experience, with a proven track record in valuation to instruction and will be passionate about the industry in which you work.

The role:

- Generate market appraisals, developing new business
- Converting appraisals into sales instructions
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
- Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
- Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
- Marketing of properties
- Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department

**Required Skills**:

- Experience working as a Sales Negotiator
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
- Proven track record in closing deals
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
- Full clean driving licence and own car

Basic £23,000 depending on experience

Guaranteed basic £40,000 for first 3 months

£50,000 realistic OTE 1st year
