Our clients are one of the UK's largest franchised estate agent groups are looking for a Sales Valuer/Lister to join their team in Tower Bridge E1.

As Sales Valuer/ Negotiator, you will be the face of the brand in their modern office in Tower Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high passion in the property industry to progress their career with the UK's Largest Estate Agency.
- A Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Estate Agent Sales Valuer/Lister
- Target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Smart and professionally presented
- Local knowledge of East London and the surrounding area

**Work Schedule**
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- One Saturday a month 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

**The package**
- £22k Basic Per Annum
- +15% Commission
- £65k On Target Earnings
- On Target Yearly Bonus Incentive 5% to 10%
- Mobile Phone & Laptop
- 22 Days Annual Holidays
- Mileage Allowance
