**Job Purpose**:
Cellcycle has opened a new department where a requirement for a Junior Site Supervisor has now become available. As part of the team, you will be part of the challenge to keep a fast paced and efficient recycling process moving in a safe and compliant manner. Supervising your colleagues and ensuring production tasks are completed promptly and right first time.

The junior site supervisor will provide direct and immediate control over the site works; present on site to ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with a suitable method statement, plan of work and in compliance with all legal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse manual handling required
- Leading operational activities in warehouse
- Driving performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
- Reviewing all aspects of performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Leading the team proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
- Management of the warehouse training requirement and function
- Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers
- Safe processing and sorting of batteries
- Conducting safety checks throughout the warehouse and production facility

**Experience / Qualification / Skills**:

- Experience in a fast-paced target driven environment preferred
- Driving Preferred
- Forklift licence preferred
- Vehicle loading experience beneficial
- Banksman training beneficial
- Fire extinguisher training beneficial
- Good level of maths and English essential
- Management and warehouse experience preferred

- Good timekeeping
- Good attention to detail whilst working quickly
- Self-motivation to work hard and complete tasks to the best of your ability.
- Great communicator
- Flexible approach to working hours desirable
- Be physically fit & able to lift heavy items
- Be a team player, adaptable and help out where needed.

**Salary**: £23000 per annum
