The Role: PAINTING Site Supervisor (Manchester)

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated PAINTING Site Supervisor to join our growing team, for painting works on a prestige project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and supervising teams with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site painting operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget
- Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Organise and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment as per project needs
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with company expectations
- Uphold health & safety protocols and always ensure compliance
- Supervise and support site operatives and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site records and supervise client instructions effectively

What We’re Looking For
- **Proven experience as a Site Supervisor** with painting experience.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of site.
- Good IT skills preferable
- Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident supervising multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- SMSTS certification and a valid UK driving licence (both essential)
