**The Job**:
Great opportunity to join our client’s operations team to provide business and operational support to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction with services provided under the Company’s franchise offering. Creating and improving process documents, trainingguides and system infrastructure. This is an exciting and varied role that would suit a confident communicator who has a logical approach. **Key responsibilities:
**Act jointly as system administrator for IT systems including the company’s Intranet platform, CRM, Office 365 tenancy, e-Learning system, H&S auditing tool, telephony management portal and other new technologies that the company may adopt from time-to-time.
Assist the Operations Manager in the management of stakeholders and Company partnerships.
Take ownership of processes and knowledge management for your areas of responsibility.
Assist in delivering training to customers and internal staff in best practice use of the IT systems.
Recording and maintaining records of our customers’ compliance with the Information Commissioners Office, Professional Indemnity insurance and general cyber security.
Maintenance and administration of client-facing and internal IT systems.
Document processes and usage guides for IT systems for internal staff training, customer user training, and to ensure business continuity.

Liaise with the Finance team on chargeable transactions from the systems you administrate so that they can invoice accordingly.
Ensure IT system users are added and removed promptly and that their data is correct and up-to-date.
Support customers and staff with any technical issues with the Company’s IT systems and the escalation of such technical issues where appropriate.
Assist the Operations Manager in practical facilities management of the office space, including ensuring IT equipment and infrastructure is operating correctly, regular / ad hoc ordering of office supplies and equipment.
Improve and maintain the efficiency of filing systems, ensure templates, information and training resources are accessible to customers and are kept up to date.
Delivering quality administration of customer and supplier contracts, resources and documentation

**Experience with**: CRM systems, ticketing systems, stakeholder management, project coordination and delivery, systems training (ideally) and 2 - 3 years’ experience in a business support or operations role.
