Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
Our business is growing at a fast pace and to build on this momentum, we’re searching for a Marketing Coordinator to work in the European Marketing team. The position is focused on the Southern European market, and will then grow to include specific product portfolios. The role includes a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy;
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists;
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion;
- Support the maintenance and data quality of our CRM system (HubSpot);
- Support the Southern European region by validating translations in Spanish and French and doing some ad hoc translations;
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to generate new leads for the company;
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve immediate and long-term business goals;
- Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation;
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Qualification required
Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or equivalent
Position
- Full-time permanent position
- Based at the EPI-USE Labs office in Manchester
- Full-time office based
- The role will include some (mínimal) travel
Compensation and benefits
- Market-related salary, taking qualifications and experience into account
