**Sales and Marketing Coordinator - £25,000-30,000 + Benefits - Manchester**

**The Role
Do you possess a passion for sustainability? Do you have a flair for design, crafting creative copy and managing campaigns and metrics? If so, we are looking for you.

We're searching for a driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the creation, development, and implementation of MyCarbon's marketing strategy. This will involve managing campaigns and material that will generate leads, assist in customer acquisition,and support client retention.

We believe that the sustainability industry is missing exceptional marketing talent. Whilst the science is understood, and we all know what needs to change, the message is still not delivered effectively. We want someone who will help us make the climatecrisis understandable, tangible, actionable and approachable.

**Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

- Owning the very first marketing focused role within MyCarbon, owning this area and growing it through your own effort
- Delivering exciting and engaging campaigns supporting the marketing efforts of MyCarbon
- Building a unique brand experience for MyCarbon and driving revenue through internal and external flagship platforms and events by engaging with our customers and prospects alike.
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to coordinate and consistently build brand awareness across industry platforms and events.
- Ensuring organisational goals are met through effective interaction with clients and prospects alike through all available channels to help build a full picture of the ideal customer profile, and aid marketing initiatives.
- Being involved and getting stuck in to in all other areas of the business and feeling an integral part of the team.

At MyCarbon, we work with clients who share our view on the seriousness of this challenge. We work across all industries, helping SME’s and large corporations mitigate their climate impact.

**The Benefits
- Annual salary of £25-30K (Dependent upon skill and experience)
- Based on working 40 hours per week
- Reviewed every 6 months
- Performance based bonuses
- Discretionary on a monthly and annual basis. Based on company cash flow and profit performance
- Commission structure for any business development
- Four weeks annual leave + bank holidays

- Pension - NEST (4% matched by MyCarbon)

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator are:

- Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to creatively and effectively communicate our value to our target audience.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in marketing or related roles, including some project management.
- Experience driving results and creating success for customers and businesses.
- Ability to process data sets [mainly through using excel].
- Is entrepreneurial, ambitious and has a passion for climate action.
- Is dedicated & loyal (we want someone to join our family long term, not move on within a short space of time).
- Is a strategic self-starter: You’re motivated and have good initiative, able to work autonomously but also identify when key input is required to achieve an objective.
