An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Lettings Administrator for a private investment company that specialises in residential and commercial property investment and management.
**Knowledge / Skills**:
Microsoft office skill (Excel and Word) is mandatory.
- Appropriate computer and writing skills
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Work calmly, patient and accurately under pressure.
- Prioritise tasks.
- Advertisement and photography
- Willingness and ability to learn about the rental sector.

- Pleasant, approachable and polite especially on the phone
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to complete tasks on time
- Highly motivated
- Being able to maintain a high professional standards, confidence and integrity.
- Highly organised
- Ability to write letters punctually
**Duties and Responsibilities may include**:
Conducting viewings and inspections
Relaying information back to property manager
Making appointments for applicants either in person or by telephone.
Taking calls and providing cover for reception as and when required
Filing correspondence and paperwork.
Inputting information into the database as required
Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.
The role is for 16 hours per week and the office is based in Newport.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
