**Hours of Work**:
Tuesday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm
Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm
**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer specific requirements for order creation on WMS.
- Ensuring accurate and prompt discrepancy reporting to the Account Managers.
- Processing and maintaining customer requirements on the relevant systems, ensuring accurate data entry in a timely manner.
- Ensuring transactions are completed in line with departmental KPIs
- Capturing customer or internal non-conformances on the relevant system, ensuring non-conformances are kept up-to-date with the most recent information.
