**What you'll be doing**
- Prepare and plan loads for the warehouse.
- Support the nightshift operation in all relevant transport, customer service and warehouse admin tasks.
- Report issues, amendments, discrepancies and errors back to the relevant department.
- Print warehouse orders, loading profile spreadsheet and load sheets.
- Plan and process Warehouse order and load sheets for the warehouse.
- Print and identify value added service labels for the warehouse load sheets.
- Allocate trailers on internal transport system, changing them when needed.
- Check trailer temperatures against the system, raising any discrepancies.
- Extract and record information for the site position updates.
- Check receipts against customer paperwork, highlighting any discrepancies back to the supervisors.
- Split damages and/or missing cases from pallets at the supervisor’s direction, feeding back to customer services what we have done.
- Remove pallets from orders at the supervisor’s direction, feeding back to customer services what we have done.
- Remove delivery drops from internal transport system, feeding back to customer services and transport what we have done.
- Print vehicle of road list and release & add trailers and units to the vehicle of road system.
- Communicate with respect and authority to the warehouse and other internal staff, ensuring trailers are allocated and admin tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Flag and amend pallets with the corresponding codes to ensure they are highlighted on the system for a certain reason.

**Hour of Work**

4 on 4 off pattern, 7pm - 7am.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
