We are seeking for an experienced Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the Head of Finance to ensure the smooth and effective running of the finance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out tasks necessary for the smooth running of the finance function which will include keeping abreast with all developments and updates.
- Ensure all systems and procedures are up to date and efficient.
- Enter invoices onto sage and process, Raise customer invoices.
- Manage credit control, refunds and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- English Language / Must
- Thai Language / Must
- Customer Service Skills
- Previous Experience using Sage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
