**About Us**:
The Customer Experience Services Team are accountable for delivery of Customer Service Excellence direct to our customers and various stakeholders to include Sales and Operations across the business via both written and verbal communication whilst ensuring full delivery of contractually agreed service level agreements are met.
**Role**:
To ensure work completed is to the high standards required and all documentation held is in line with current compliance guidelines. The role encompasses elements of data entry and the secure handling of client information in line with the data protection act and business standards.
Key objectives this role is accountable for:
- Responsible for being the voice of the customer, Highlighting to the Team Manager any business trends and issues.
- To be the first line of support and advice for team members.
**Skills**:
- Customer Services — Positively impacts customer experience/journey and understands the importance off first time resolution
- Excellent Communication - Both verbal and written
- Problem Solving — Recognition, assessment, and solution delivery
- Able to complete tasks accurately & to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Can demonstrate a passion for their own personal development
- Engaging and confident with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate team members
