This role sits within the International division which has its headquarters in London, UK with Company Owned Distributors in the UK, Spain, South Africa and New Zealand.

**Job Description**:
The role of Supply Chain Inventory Planner Co-Ordinator is essential to ensure the accuracy of our stock and replenishment within the International business. Working closely with Supply Chain, Ops, & Finance to provide visibility and resolution on any stock related queries.
- Co-ordinate stock movements on NetSuite and produce reports to assess and align POs with our external partners.
- Assist with monthly review of stock dating with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain to discuss any stock queries or discrepancies on discontinued SKUs, ensuring minimum stock write offs wherever possible.
- Reconcile stock held at Third Party warehouses and in Tring on a monthly basis, assist with stock rotation, credit/debits by providing management with data and reports on RMA’s and Quality Issues through Sales Force.
- Responsible for documenting, researching and responding to customer complaints concerning products, deliveries, invoicing, service, and other queries.
- Responsible for reviewing, approving, processing, and administering COD’s (Spain/NZ/SA) orders to our customer base.
- Planning and placing orders for a portfolio of Products with the U.S and TPM’s, using excel based platforms, to ensure optimum stock levels, in line with stock budget.
- Working with Third Party Manufacturers (TPM’s) to ensure product flow, capacity, and lead time for sufficient safety stock in Tring.
- Working with cross functional teams to ensure label revisions on stock are communicated to the wider team.
- Review slow moving/obsolete stock risks arise, work promptly with business to action/mitigate.
- Communicating out of stocks/risks and ensuring business alignment to mitigate and limit customer impact.
- Ensuring working capital and business exposure to stock write offs is limited wherever possible.
- Initiate routine revenue forecasts for monthly International Demand reviews, working with Finance teams to align on process.
- Assist Demand Planning team with distributors inventory builds and analysis.
- Assist Demand Planning team with analytical support at improving purchase accuracy with key distributors.
- Provide a link between Supply Chain, Demand Planners, and Warehouse Operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in supply chain and planning within FMCG
- Strong analytical skills, confidence in challenging data
- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must have organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and well within a group.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience of MRP systems would be highly desirable
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful long-term relationships with suppliers
- Experience with analytical data

University degree preferred in or equivalent experience in Supply chain, Procurement or Operations roles or Supply chain qualification.
