**The role**:
To help ensure we continue to deliver a world-class service, we are looking for a new **Supply Chain Administrator **to join us on a **6-month fixed-term contract** to provide support with stock management of our finished RTD goods.

This role sits within our Operations function, but specifically within our Demand and Manufacturing team. No day is ever the same but here is an idea of what you’ll be getting up to:

- Organising and monitoring our RTD stock movements between our suppliers and warehouses to ensure things run smoothly
- Communicating with internal teams as well as freight and supply partners so everyone is on the same page as to where stock is and how it is tracking for delivery/shipping.
- Planning ad hoc and regular rework requests with our rework partners to make sure we stay in stock.
- Solving issues related to stock accuracy and stock movements, escalating where necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Supporting our Demand Planners to ensure that all our stock records are kept up to date

**What we're looking for in you**:

- This role will best suit someone who has **previous experience in an administrative role.** If you have worked within Supply Chain then this would be an added bonus but it isn't essential. What we really need is someone who is **highly numerate, analysis-driven **and happy to **take ownership **of the role.
- As well as managing intricate stock movements with various suppliers, you’ll need to track them, so **experience with excel is essential.**:

- You’ll possess** strong organisation skills **to be able to plan and prioritise stock effectively and you’ll be a **clear and concise communicator.**:

- You’ll be a **strong team player** who has a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying mistakes and **taking prompt action.**
