The role of Supply Chain Inventory Planner Co-coordinator is essential to ensure the accuracy of stock and replenishment within the international business. Working closely with Supply Chain, Ops, & Finance to provide visibility and resolution on any stockrelated queries.

Duties to include:

- Co-ordinate stock movements on NetSuite and produce reports to assess and align PO’s.
- Assist with monthly review of stock dating with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain to discuss any stock queries or discrepancies, ensuring minimum stock write offs.
- Reconcile stock held at Third Party warehouses on a monthly basis, assist with stock rotation, credit/debits by providing management with data and reports.
- Responsible for documenting, researching and responding to customer complaints concerning products, deliveries, invoicing, service, and other queries.
- Responsible for reviewing, approving, processing, and administering COD’s orders to customer base.
- Planning and placing orders for a portfolio of Products using excel based platforms, to ensure optimum stock levels, in line with stock budget.
- Working with Third Party Manufacturers to ensure product flow, capacity, and lead time.
- Working with cross functional teams to ensure label revisions on stock are communicated to the wider team.
- Communicating out of stocks/risks and ensuring business alignment to mitigate and limit customer impact.
- Initiate routine revenue forecasts for monthly International Demand reviews, working with Finance teams to align on process.
- Assist Demand Planning team with distributors inventory builds and analytical
- Provide a link between Supply Chain, Demand Planners, and Warehouse Operations

Skills Required:

- Experience in supply chain and planning within FMCG
- Strong analytical skills, confidence in challenging data
- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must have organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and well within a group.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical data
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining successful long-term relationships with suppliers
