Headlam, Europe’s largest floor covering distributor, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join an inclusive and welcoming team in our Sales Office. This full-time role offers an attractive salary and excellent benefits.

Knowledge within the flooring industry is preferred.
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**_**:

- Track and follow up customer requests
- Logging customer calls and resolving complaints and escalating to Team Leader
- Gathering project pricing for customers and providing quote letters
- Making sure daily office jobs/admin tasks are complete
- Ordering stock from suppliers and other company branches across the group.
- Provide courteous service and expert advice to customers
- Follow GDPR rules and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a sales office
- Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Good team working skills.
