We are partnering with a high-end investment company to find them a STAR temp to help out for a 3 month period during a particularly busy time

This is an amazing role for someone who loves to be on their feet, and jumping into a range of different tasks, yes you will be greeting visitors and answering phones, but there is so much more to it than that You will be required to be the voice and face of the company whilst also assisting with placing orders, unpacking deliveries, running errands, liaising with suppliers and buying Christmas presents This is perfect for someone who LOVES helping in all areas of a buy office

Duties to include:
Greet external visitors and colleagues with a high impact memorable style
Answer phone calls in the company voice, building rapport with all stakeholders
Assist with organising a range of events both locally and globally
Manage and set up meeting rooms and providing refreshments
Intake and unpack or distribute all deliveries
Manage catering for meetings, events and lunches
Chase up missing deliveries, track down lost items and act as personal fixer to the whole office
Place orders for catering, supplies, IT and anything else the company needs to buy
Liaise with all office suppliers from ordering, invoicing to ensuring they are delivering value and service
Take pride in ensuring the space is always immaculate and the whole team have what they need at any one time
Act as point person pre-empting and solving problems and keeping the team on track
You will be enthusiastic, confident, comfortable dealing with internal and externals stakeholders at all levels and take pride in offering a high impact proactive service This is an amazing role for a junior office manager/office coordinator/facilities assistant with good front of house experience and lots of drive to help and get stuck in
