A prestigious Green Tech client of ours are seeking a temporary Office Manager to join their team to cover whilst they recruit for the role permanently.

JOB ROLE: Temporary Office Coordinator / Manager

COMPANY: Energy/ Technology

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours - flex core hours between 10.00 - 16.00

SALARY: £15 - £16 per hour, based on experience

LOCATION: Paddington, London

CULTURE: Luxury brand new / high spec offices, working within a professional but relaxed busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

- Be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Ensuring technology for meeting rooms is in working order
- Responsible for booking meeting rooms
- Liaising with facility vendors, ensuring office areas are well
- stocked and maintained
- Arranging travel & accommodation for employees
- Responsible for new starter Health and Safety on-boarding
- Ensuring meeting rooms and breakout areas are tidy throughout the day
- Being the first point of contact for any day to day issues in the office.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Highly organised and methodical nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven relationship management skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
