We are looking for a highly organised, versatile, enthusiastic individual who is seeking an exciting opportunity to work as an Office Administrator in our lovely head office. Excellent administrative skills and previous experience with Front of House Duties is essential, along with an interest in the countryside, agriculture, property management and Estate diversification generally. Good IT skills would also be very beneficial. As Office Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Estate Office and coordinating the various office teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive, happy and professional experience.

Answer phone calls, provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-stocked.

Support with scheduling appointments and conference room bookings.

Assist with the farms weighbridge duties.

Generally manage the Estate Office to ensure its efficient and effective running.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel - good IT skills generally.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Familiar with the agriculture/property/rural businesses would be a plus.

Professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: Circa £28,000 based on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
