Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for a part time talented Office Administrator to join our growing business. This individual will be responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks that are required in order for our company to function smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and organized office environment and must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support
- Organise project management support when required
- Help raise and maintain contracts, letters and databases
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Liaise with suppliers regarding office stationery and catering
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation when required
- Produce minutes for meetings
- Organise building maintenance, building inspections and reviews
- Assist in H&S processes
**What do I need?**
- Excellent Administration and organisational skills as you will be working under your own initiative.
- Excellent communications and verbal skills is necessary as your will be dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
- A friendly and professional attitude and approach to work, capable of being flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge of Office 365, including Teams and Sharepoint.
**The Role**
- 2 days per week (6 month term)
- Initially office based untill fully trained then hybrid (50/50) thereafter
- £13.00 -£15.00 per hour
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
