**The role**:

- To be a Butcher within the core Butchery team.
- To be involved in all aspects of Butchery, carcass work with Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Pork and Poultry. This to include small goods production when required.
- Intake process of carcass delivery and hanging patterns
- Full training will be provided, and you will be guided in all aspects of the role

- The hours will be 6am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.
**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- 4-5 years’ experience as a butcher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety.
- Excellent practical butchery skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Good spatial awareness/judgment.
- Mental arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and dexterity.
- An interest in meat and meat preparation and food in general

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,080.00 per year
