Butchery Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the head butcher in preparing and cutting meat products according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and safety
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating meat products
- Collaborate with staff to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food production environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
