**Regional Sales Manager**

**The Role**: As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 successful territory sales representatives and 2 merchandisers, growing sales of high-quality flooring products within an established independent retailcustomer base across the northern half of the UK. Your role will be to mentor and motivate the team, improve sales performance as well as taking the lead with key accounts.

**For the position of Regional Sales Manager - Interior Design Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Managed a team of field based, territory sales representatives, selling B2B or into retail or distribution channels
- Strong track record of team performance development
- Excellent key account management skills
- Commercial acumen and relationship building skills
- Must be well presented, dynamic, professional, articulate, personable and possess a strong team ethic
- Driving licence
