The main purpose of this role is to provide Account Management Services to allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Portfolio this includes Captive Programmes.
You will also be required to manage the end-to-end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines on some Global Accounts. Working with Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality is another key aspect of this role.
Where required, you will add timely processing instructions to our Multinational Account eXchange ℠ - MAX ℠ system and liaise with Credit Control, Reinsurance and local offices, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems. The role also involves working closely with Credit Control, Chubb Global Network offices and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
To build positive relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
To attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities, including presenting and demonstrating our global capabilities.
To work closely with Global Client Executive’s and Underwriters to deliver agreed client service standards.
To ensure that all handled programmes are implemented to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
Working with Assistant Client Service Executives to guide/support them in account handling activities
Supporting Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities.
Account handling and supporting Global Client Executive’s and Underwriters on relevant account/activities.
Ensure Program Workbooks are completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards.
Forming relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties.
To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
Incidental work that may be required to be completed that may be outside the scope of day to day work requirements.
**Qualifications**:
Knowledge & Experience
A-Levels Standard or equivalent is desirable
Chartered Insurance Institute - Insurance Certificate is desirable
A foreign language would be an advantage.
Work Experience in Insurance Industry essential.
Ideally some experience of servicing multinational insurance programmes.
