**Job description**

The job role is for self-employed or full-time employment and will be based on a 40-hour working week, PPE and tools will be provided to complete works in a safe manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks across multiple trades:
1. Carpentry / Joinery

2. Plastering

3. Decoration

4. Basic plumbing

5. Tiling

6. Flooring

7. Bathroom installation

8. Kitchen installation

9. Roofing

10. Groundworks

11. General building works
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete construction projects on time and to the highest quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

Office based in Ely, Cambridgeshire - works are in and surrounding head office
