Our agency is growing and we’re looking for a dynamic and pro-active Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team.

Working alongside our digital design and development teams, you’ll manage relationships with our key clients, ensuring quality, managing expectations, maintaining satisfaction, spotting opportunities and achieving client objectives.

Mosaic is an award-winning PR & digital marketing agency that works with industry leaders from the energy, education, estate agency, hospitality and care sectors among others, including many successful businesses.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Liaising with new and existing clients to make their website vision a reality, you’ll be the face of Mosaic and our client’s go-to contact
- Creating and delivering website project pitches and producing project specifications
- Website project management from start to finish - liaising with our team and keeping clients informed throughout
- Website content inputting, management and maintenance, supporting the design and build team
- Deliver outstanding SEO results for our clients
- Set up and manage Google and social media advertising from design to delivery to ensure effective outcomes for our clients
- Line Managing Mosaic’s Digital Account Manager
- Oversee monthly Google Analytics reports, analysing website data and providing our clients with the insights they need
- Building and maintaining client relationships to continue to grow our digital business
- Supporting the company’s administration by making sure timesheets, invoices and schedules are up to date and accurate
- Advising on marketing tactics for Mosaic and helping to deliver the company’s digital marketing activities

- Outstanding attention to detail in everything from written content to project timings and costings

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ digital experience, specifically in SEO and Google Ads
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP
- Project and Account management experience
- Experience of WordPress and CMS systems
- Experience of using Google data studio and analytics
- Experience of troubleshooting in an online environment
