Specifically, the Site Supervisor will:

- Site Supervisors will provide a safe and secure environment across our 55+ schemes as required by being responsible for the daily running of the facilities including health and safety checks, cleanliness and minor repairs.
- We are looking for someone who has experience of cleaning, health and safety awareness, and undertaking compliance checks. The role includes maintaining accurate records, handling money, and sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including specialist housing software.
- You will be motivated, proactive and flexible, with an understanding of the needs older people may have and services they can access for support.
- Whilst you will need to be able to work in partnership with other agencies, volunteers and the 55+ team, for the most part you will need to be confident in working alone.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle for work purposes to move between sites during the day is required for this role.
