We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Administrator.
You will need to live within a commutable distance of our Burnley office, however we offer a flexible hybrid working policy whereby you can work remotely the majority of the time if you so wish.
What we are looking for:
- Strong administration skill set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including experience working with Excel
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Buying teams
- Inputting accurate data into relevant systems, for instance ensuring the range planners are updated when orders are raised.
- Collating data to be Implemented on the website
- Support the Buying functions to ensure products are ordered correctly
- General administration
Primary responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely completion of costing sheets for import orders. Highlight any discrepancies/concerns with buyer.
- Order raising, according to required time frame. Ensuring packaging and delivery expectations are clearly communicated to suppliers. SKU creation, POs, VCT forms, ticketing.
- Warehouse queries, order discrepancies, etc.
