We are currently looking to recruit for a **Services Operations Specialist** to join our professional, passionate and successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an upbeat individual, who has strength and presence to combat a full workload, have an appetite for problem solving when things change and be results driven.

As an Operational Specialist you will part of the UK Services Project Management Office (PMO) team, supporting the successful delivery of the Siemens Digital Industries Software business in UK.

**Some of your daily activities will be**:

- Working with outside vendors and communicating with the business and customers on progress and status of the projects on a regular basis.
- Providing various administration support throughout the project lifecycle to the internal team and customers all over the UK.
- Requesting/tracking all security clearance & DBS checks for all appropriate resources.
- Opportunity management project administration, resource scheduling, billing activities, services forecasting and tracking.
- Supporting the successful delivery of our Learning Services division.
- Utilisation of the outstanding Software and tools, adherence to the global policies & procedures.

**What are we looking for?**
- Highly Motivated individual who is able to work equality well independently and within a team.
- Understanding the importance of Project timelines, results and profitability
- You will be comfortable and confident working with all levels in the organisation and with external partners and interact expertly at all times with Customers.
- Relevant industrial experience within Multi-National Company will be advantageous
- Previous understanding & exposure working with 3rd Party agencies like Experian or other government agencies
- Willingness to learn as we can support you with everything else.
