Workforce Planning Analyst, Workforce Insights Specialist, 6 Month FTC, COR7361 My client urgently requires a skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join their existing HR team for a 6 Month FTC on a full-time basis, based in Northamptonshire. The Role As the Workforce Planning Analyst / Workforce Insights Specialist, you will take a lead on data-driven workforce planning initiatives. You will support everything from interpreting large-scale workforce datasets and producing forecasts, to advising leadership on trends and strategic resourcing decisions. Your analysis will help optimise workforce allocation, improve organisational agility, and drive operational efficiency across the business. The Company As the successful Workforce Planning Analyst / Workforce Insights Specialist, you will be joining an iconic brand known for precision, performance, and innovation.
