**Short description**:
In this position your main responsibility will be to develop an excellent customer relationship, updating our suppliers and customers with our current delivery dates for assigned orders placed. You will process sales and purchase orders ensuring timely delivery of both internal and external customer expectations. Moreover, you will be a real asset to the team as you contribute and influence events to remove roadblocks and to help the team achieve their goals.

**Tasks in detail**:

- Continuous communication to our customers
- Review, update and process all customer orders within set timeframes using Servicemax and Microsoft Navision
- Correct and accurate filing and maintenance of all sales orders and purchase order updates
- Preparation of export documentation to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance
- Procurement and expediting of all products required with suppliers
- Working with various stakeholders across the business and international suppliers in Europe and the US

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in customer service, purchasing, logistics, or sales administration
- Experience with MRP/ERP, ideally Microsoft Navision
- Experience in working with Salesforce
- Import/Export knowledge as well as experience with invoicing and quotes
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
- Strong IT skills with an analytical mind
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
