We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail and good customer service to join our busy Procurement Team. Working alongside our Subscriptions and Services Co-Ordinator, you will be the main contact for suppliers, customersand staff members and will be integral to the smooth running of the sales process from initial enquiry to completion.

Main Duties include:

- Producing quotes and orders to customers via internal CRM
- Liaising with suppliers and purchasing stock, recording details inhouse
- Managing stock and logging incoming/outgoing on internal CRM
- Notifying technicians when stock is ready for schools
- Liaising with technicians to check work complete so invoices can be sent
- Invoicing
- Logging and processing warranty tickets
- Validating purchasing invoices against original POs and checking for discrepancies.
- Maintaining supplier and customer contact details on internal CRM
- Processing renewal contracts for services

What you will have:

- Ideally some purchasing and customer service experience
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly and simply and to build relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Packages
- The ability to organise, prioritise and have a proactive approach to tasks
- Ideally a knowledge of IT equipment, but training can be provided
