**The role**:
To achieve targets as an individual, increasing customer spend. Ensure that orders are raised in an accurate and timely manner. Provide high levels of customer service, sales order processing in an effective and professional manner.

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Promote new products and sales promotions through telemarketing
- Follow up on all sales leads
- Build a strong and successful sales pipeline
- Maximise every sales opportunity
- Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update customers on order status and communicating any issues/delays
- Liaising with customers ensuring you maintainexcellent relationships
- After sales support
***Requirements**:
- Professionalism at all times
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word
- SharePoint, Business Central, PowerBi, Dynamics 365. (Training provided if required)
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure.
